IBA Karachi has released the results for the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) 2025. Students who appeared for the test on April 13, 2025, can now view the final list of selected candidates. The results were published on April 30, 2025, and can be accessed on the official website at www.nthp.iba.edu.pk by entering your name, roll number, or CNIC. Panel interviews will occur from May 2 to May 4, 2025, and IBA will announce the final list of selected candidates on May 15, 2025.

The National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) gives a full scholarship to help bright students from all over Pakistan. Those who are selected will get special training to prepare for BBA or BS programs at IBA Karachi. The program also offers free on-campus housing, English and math classes, and guidance from expert teachers and IBA graduates.

IBA Talent Hunt Program 2025 Result
The NTHP aims to help hardworking and deserving students by giving them the support they need to succeed in higher education. In the past year alone, the program has enabled more than 400 students to access top-quality learning opportunities.
Candidates who perform well in the interview will proceed to the orientation training, organized by IBA Karachi in collaboration with the Ihsan Trust. The program is open to students across Pakistan, and the NTHP team visits 119 districts each year to identify talented individuals.

The IBA Financial Services Committee helps decide who qualifies for the Qarz-e-Hasna grants. These grants exclude summer courses and mainly support students from rural areas of Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir who cannot afford to apply to IBA.
NTHP Result 2025 Merit List
Candidates who are shortlisted will get a phone call for an interview. Those who do well in the interview will be invited to join the NTHP orientation program. For the IBA National Talent Hunt Program, students who want to prepare for the SAT I or SAT II exams for BBA or BS admissions can join classes at IBA’s Main Campus in June and July 2025.
NTHP Training 2025
Chosen students take part in a two-month training program to get ready for the IBA Aptitude Test for undergraduate admission. During this time, they stay for free at IBA campuses and take part in mentoring sessions with NTHP alumni and teachers. The program helps them build the skills and knowledge they need to do well in the test. Last year, about 400 students took part in the NTHP Scholars Program.
